This set meal and ramen are popular! ︎ I had some rich miso ramen and coffee and took a break~🙃 I actually wanted to try the mushroom soup set meal 🍄, but it won't be until January and a half later 💡 The owner, an old man, makes the food in the kitchen in the back♪ Since he and his grandmother were running the whole thing, there was a lack of manpower, so the water was self-service! You can also go to the counter to pick up your food and drinks! I was surprised that the ramen was so delicious that it far exceeded my expectations 🫢✨ The garlic flavor and richness of miso come out in the soup! ︎It's full of vegetables and makes you feel full👍 This is a dish that everyone should try at least once!! ︎ The freshly brewed coffee had an authentic taste ♡♡ This is a shop I definitely want to stop by ☺️ Good luck, grandparents✨

It was the most delicious ramen I had in 2021! The only restaurant in Tsubame Onsen town. I stopped by during lunch time. Tourists may feel reluctant to enter as it looks too local. Although the inside of the store is not that large, you can feel the atmosphere of an old-fashioned store and enjoy an experience that will make you feel like you have traveled back in time. This time I ordered soy sauce ramen and miso ramen with plenty of vegetables. In one word, it was delicious. Soy sauce has a simple taste and is light. The miso is sweet and rich, and the vegetables are crunchy and chewy. I ate it all in a daze! Please note that payment is only in cash. Also, I think it will be crowded during lunch time during the tourist season, so I recommend visiting a little off-peak time.
