A year ago, I saw an acquaintance's SNS post, and I've always wanted to go to this shop. Visited to try the tsumikusa tempura, which changes depending on the season! Today's tempura was basil, cosmos, udon, dokudami, perilla... I think there were a few more, but I forgot 😅 Each leaf was beautifully opened, and it was thin. The batter is crispy and very elegant. Just add a little matcha salt (?), which is a separate addition, and you can feel the salty taste! All soba noodles are 10% soba noodles. Also, I would like to revisit when the season changes and the tempura lineup changes! *Reservation required

Classy 100% buckwheat noodles. Tsumikusa tempura is also delicious, and the soba-yu is thick and muddy. Azmaya is happy that pets are allowed.
