Joetsu, Niigata, Japan｜会心きざわ

Visited for a dinner party with relatives. We took our time enjoying the Kaiseki lunch. All the dishes are Japanese, but with a twist. It's delicious and fun. It's very nice that the whole dish has a light taste and you can taste the different ingredients. The food itself is wonderful, but the vessels on which the food is served are also stylish. I thoroughly enjoyed the elegant slow lunch.

I received a course of 5500 yen including tax. I think this is a good restaurant to entertain your loved ones. It was a great satisfaction. Thank you for the meal

The day before, I made a request reservation to enjoy seafood dishes, and made my first visit. Niigata and Joetsu are the best! A lot of delicious dishes that make you think. In addition to the photos, we had a lot of dishes, Thanks to Kizawa-san, I decided to plan a trip to the Joetsu area from now on. Thank you for the meal.
