I visited here for a company dinner. First of all, the interior of the store and the dishes and other equipment are very nice. Also, the customer service is great. It was my first time visiting the store, but the customer service made me want to come again next time. Next is the menu. At first glance, the lineup was well-balanced and made you want to order yakiniku, side dishes, drinks, and desserts. The price was a little high. I ordered white ramen, but it was mellow and very delicious. Last but not least, the meat. It goes without saying that meat over 2000 yen is delicious. So I wasn't really impressed, but I like Kainomi, so I was very grateful that it was always available. Next, I ordered ribs, loin, and internal organs for less than 1000 yen, but this was too much. The meat was hard, and the minnows took time and effort, but I couldn't deny the feeling that the low rank of the ingredients was hidden. Since it is a luxury store, I expected a thicker mino. The meat was a little dry, but it was a wonderful shop that made me want to visit again. Recommended for those who live in Joetsu and want to eat something good.

The marbled tongue is just delicious. I have never eaten such soft tongue before. The other meats are also fatty (they are fatty, but they are smooth and not greasy) and are very delicious.
