I visited for the first time at dinner, but each course dish was beautiful, beautiful, and delicious. The menu was made with plenty of local vegetables from Niigata Prefecture, and although it was light, it was a very delicious dish. I was surprised by the sweetness and deliciousness of vegetables that I had never tasted before. The very large sautéed okra surprised me with the size of the okra. The okra was very soft, sweet and very delicious. The cold corn soup was very rich and sweet, but not overpowering. The yoke beef steak was tender and one of the most delicious meats I have ever eaten. I want to eat it again! The lobster is seasoned with tomato flavor, and the umami of the shrimp matches the tomato sauce. The interior of the store has a retro feel, and the atmosphere of a renovated old private house was very calming. I definitely want to go again! it's recommended!

Local vegetables appear in an unexpected menu. It was only a dish that felt love for vegetables. The lotus root bread served first is impressive. It is also highly rated that there is a course without sweets. We didn't cut corners until the last drink, and they were all delicious and voluminous. You take off your shoes to enter, but the interior is stylish. A toilet is also a must. I arrived in time for the last order, so I made a reservation by phone. The service and atmosphere were perfect.
