A perfect place to end your night in Joetsu. If you ask me, the owner chef is so skilled that he served as a top chef at an overseas embassy! When I go on a business trip to Joetsu, I end up ordering Neapolitan with lots of vegetables. Great location near the hotel and close to Takada Station. Unfortunately, there's a good selection of wine. I would be happy if you could try a little harder. The counter here is right in front of the chef's stove! Just like the fun of a chef's table! While enjoying a conversation with the chef, he will tell you various stories about the local area, cooking, and overseas. Please become a regular and enjoy the local charm. After all, they are people. Very nice staff. If I had to say it, I feel that it is probably a very valuable store in this region. It's a friendly restaurant where you can enjoy this level of food just like in an izakaya without being too nervous. It's hard to find in the metropolitan area. A friendly feeling, It's not like it's familiar, or it's like making something while looking at an iPad. I feel that there are many shops, but it is the exact opposite. Tonight, I felt that there are probably more shops like this in each region. now. I suddenly thought that bacon goes better with Neapolitan than red sausage.
