The char siu noodles in this ramen are amazing, so I decided to order the char siu noodles. Thinly sliced ​​char siu noodles are also on the menu, but I'm not sure about it, so I order normal char siu noodles and wait for a while. During that time, more and more customers came in, and the store was full in a short amount of time. “Charshu noodles, please wait.” A young chef behind the counter brought out chashu noodles. I see, this is amazing. There's a ton of chashu the size of your fist on top. The noodles are curly, medium-thick noodles, and are the same as the noodles at Omori Ramen in this region. First, the soup. good! ! The soup has a hint of ginger, which is unique to Niigata, and has some back fat floating in it, giving it a light and bland taste, but it's still good. Next, try biting into the chashu. Oh, it's stewed hard, but it's soft when you bite into it, and it's also exquisitely delicious! !
