I was introduced to this restaurant by a local who recommended kamameshi. I had crab kamameshi. When I heard "kama-meshi", I had an image of regular cooked rice, but as I was told, the rice was pure white! However, the aroma and taste were strong and it was very delicious! I also take my hat off to them for their kindness in teaching me how to remove the scorch. It's a wonderful shop that stands out with its solid craftsmanship. I want to try different things this time. One thing to note. Since it is kamameshi, it takes time to make. If you don't have time or are impatient and get irritated if you can't eat quickly, it's best to stop eating. Let's enjoy delicious food and feel good.
