Best and only ramen shop in Itakura

This is a long-established ramen shop that is located in an unbelievable location, but is extremely crowded at lunchtime and is difficult to get into. The parking lot is a vacant lot in front. The ordering method is to order at the counter as soon as you enter the store, then take a seat and wait. Pay at the counter at the end. The bowl of Chinese noodles is covered with a thick layer of lard, and the soup has an old-fashioned, orthodox taste, but is extremely delicious. The char siu is a firm char siu, which is also traditional. Miso ramen is a delicious dish with minced meat that has many fans. It's a restaurant where you'll want to wait in line to eat.

I visited for the first time in 10 years. I remember when I was working in Joetsu, I used to go there every weekend because it was so delicious. The gentle yet rich soup is still alive and well. The shop is also from the Showa era. It's a space with a very relaxing atmosphere.
