A chicken specialty store from Sankoshi, Niigata Prefecture. Personally, I really like chicken, so this is definitely good. The Torikatsuyaki was the best. This is a shop where you can get high! I didn't try the fried half body this time, but I think it's their signature menu, so I'd like to try it next time! Actually, the draft beer Sorachi was the best. And above all, the master is the DJ!! ︎ This is the best!

I used it on my first trip to Niigata. As others have written, I thought the owner was unfriendly at first, but when I talked to him, he was surprisingly easy to talk to. (Sorry 🙏) I ordered half-fried chicken with black pepper flavor, and it was very filling and delicious. Also, I was surprised to find that there was a connection near my place of residence. If I ever go to Joetsu again, I would like to go there again.
