Sunday in late September 2023 Daily ramen set meal 1000 yen I visited a Joetsu Tonkotsu Ramen restaurant that I was interested in for lunch in Joetsu. The owner, a Japanese chef, fell in love with the taste of Shokubo Nakamura, which closed last year and was missed, and opened the restaurant in March of this year, inheriting the taste. I drove for about 25 minutes from Naoetsu Station and when I arrived at 11:15, the restaurant was full and there were 5 people waiting outside. If you write your name and car number on the waiting list, they will come to call you, and you can get in in about 20 minutes. The restaurant has 24 seats: 8 counter seats, 8 table seats, and 8 tatami seats. There are 4 staff in the kitchen and 2 serving customers. Ramen costs 700 yen and comes with sauce cutlet bowl. Verbally order the daily ramen set meal. The bowl appears in about 7 minutes. The soup is pork bone soy sauce. The flavor of the pork bones goes perfectly with the strong soy sauce. Adding table garlic adds thickness and makes it even more delicious. Apparently, the vegetables, tonkotsu, and backfat are cooked for 18 hours. The noodles are medium thick curly noodles. Good chewy texture. Ingredients are chashu, menma, and green onions. The char siu comes with two pork belly rolls. It's thick and you can really feel the flavor of the meat. Menma is flat and shiny. Tarekatsudon is two small cutlets with sauce. It was fried crispy and the sweet sauce was delicious. The volume was just right and I was completely satisfied. Finished with a little bit of soup left. I was very satisfied with the high CP ramen and sauce cutlet bowl, which is no wonder why it is so popular among locals. Thank you for the meal.

I've been visiting you since the previous store. Like the previous store, it is only open during the day. I ordered miso ramen and daily ramen set meal. Miso ramen's rich miso soup is delicious and has lots of vegetables. The pork cutlet in the ramen set meal's sauce cutlet bowl is crispy, and the sauce soaks into the rice, making the meal go well. The parking lot is always full at noon, but the turnover is quick so we didn't have to wait long.

We visited on a hot August day. A brand new shop that suddenly appeared in the rice field. At noon, when you enter the shop, it's full! Oh my God. Enter your name and car number They will call you to your car. I ordered a set of tarekatsu and ramen. Ramen changed to Iwanori Ramen. Aibo is a colander Chinese... The noodles are curly noodles and the chashu is toro! The soup has a strong flavor of rock nori. Delicious 😋! Zaru chuka is also served with a slightly sour dipping sauce. Char siu is grilled. This is also highly complete! Tarekatsu also has delicious meat. What is Coco? I jumped in from another prefecture, but Excuse me, but if you're in the city, there's definitely a long line. It's hot in the shop, but I took my hat off to the customer service who behaved energetically and amiably. It's a really nice shop. Although it is far away, it was a shop and taste that I would like to visit again.
