It was my favorite restaurant in terms of soba, soba soup, tempura, rice, and tempura sauce. The soba soup, which had a good flavor with the chewy soba noodles, was delicious. The vegetable tempura is also crispy, and my favorite, the shrimp tempura, is crispy and plump. The sweet tempura sauce topped the tempura and rice with a nice seasoning, and it was amazing. The rice is delicious Koshihikari rice from Uonuma. The sesame tofu appetizer and the other dish were also delicious. I come here on days when I want to eat soba and tempura.

The soba noodles were easy to swallow, and the pork cutlet meat was soft and delicious. The appetizer sesame tofu has a texture that I have never eaten before. But it's also delicious. It's a distance that's not easy to get to, but I'd definitely like to go again.

The name of the shop has changed. However, the deliciousness of the soba was still good and delicious soba. I definitely want to visit this shop again.
