This is a soba restaurant that you would want to come to every day if it was reasonably priced and nearby.

Tenzaru soba 1,260 yen + large size 150 yen (excluding tax). This is Niigata's famous hegi soba made with Funori. The soba noodles were thin, smooth, easy to eat, and very delicious. The freshly fried tempura was also really crispy and delicious. The restaurant has table seats, but I felt comfortable in the bright and spacious tatami seats. As a soba restaurant, its business hours are quite long, and I think it's amazing that it's open every day. The customer service was lively and friendly, and I definitely want to visit this restaurant again when I want to eat soba in Kashiwazaki City.
