Tokamachi, Niigata, Japan｜ビア＆ワインレストラン サバス -SABBATH-

I've been going here for years and love it! The food is amazing, there's a nice drink selection and the owner/wait staff are super attentive. With an open kitchen design, dinner comes with a bit of a show too! The ambiance is wonderful as well, with soft lighting and jazz (usually) playing in the background, Sabbath is a great place to just go and hang out with folks. I would definitely recommend for any occasion! And ALWAYS get dessert 😋

This is a restaurant that was recommended to me by an acquaintance when I went to Tokamachi on a business trip. We arrived at Hotel New Tokamachi without any hesitation as we had been moved to the 1st floor. The master was very attentive and the food was delicious. Eating seafood tartare on rusk It was delicious! The cha soba salad was also good! I think I'll go for a drink again!

The food and alcohol were delicious. I thought that the overall sense was high. It was an anniversary, so I had a luxury 😊
