When I was looking for lunch when I came to Niigata Prefecture for a hot spring trip, this shop came out. When I went there, it was just before noon, but it was very crowded and I thought I would have to wait for a long time. I felt sorry for the people who had been waiting for a long time, and when I sat down and looked at the menu, there were so many Japanese, Western, and Chinese set menus. I ordered the zaru soba set. Zaru soba and 4 nigiri. Zaru soba was freshly boiled, so I was told to eat it as soon as possible, and when I ate it, it was very chewy and very delicious. It seems to be called Hegi soba, but I ate it for the first time. The nigiri was a battleship of tuna, shrimp, egg, and tuna tataki, but the rice was also firmly held and there was a response to eating. It was very reasonably priced and the amount was delicious, so I recommend it.

Shrimp is plump and crispy, and the soup is thick and delicious. The soba was smooth and soft. The clerk was very polite.
