A long-established restaurant in Tokamachi. How is it different from omelet rice called omelet? I enjoy the katsudon with a sense of normalcy and interest. 🤣 The pork was thick, elastic, and crispy, and the edges of the batter were still crispy. However, the stewed parts are soaked in sweet and salty juice, making this a perfect example of how to enjoy the goodness of katsudon. The rich soup is slightly thick and permeates the entire rice, and it's full of deliciousness that makes you want to kakikome it.

It is a restaurant in the Showa period. It's a nostalgic taste. The cost performance is good and the cutlet bowl is the best. I think you have a preference, but please try it. You will become a fan.

The katsudon at this restaurant is the best I know. The meat inside the cutlet is very thick and tastes good. I eat it at least 3 times a month. I've never eaten a better cutlet bowl than this. I really don't want to tell you.
