I ordered "Today's Omakase Platter" on the charcoal-grilled menu, and it was very delicious with the exquisite roasting of the meat and the aroma of the charcoal. However, it's been a long time since I forgot, but charcoal grilling takes time, so it might be a good idea to order other dishes first. This time, "Garlic Potato", "Kuntama and Smoked Cheese", and "Homemade Bacon Amatriciana" were all delicious. Maybe Tokamachi has the most types of pasta menus?
