There is a reason why the parking lot is always full. Great Ramen. The ramen soup is wonderful, has a slight ginger flavor and the quality of the noodles are good. Try the se-abura ramen or the se-abura-miso ramen.

This is a famous restaurant in Uonuma, so I've always wanted to come to it. I entered the store just before the end of lunchtime on a Sunday, but there were still a few customers inside. There is a ticket vending machine inside the entrance, so first purchase a ticket. Big eaters will be happy to know that the backfat ramen medium, large, and 3x portions are all the same price. It seems that you can change to thick noodles, but this time I ordered medium size noodles with the default noodles. Arrived relatively early. Are the noodles medium-thin noodles rather than medium-thick noodles? It feels like this, but I really like these smooth noodles. The soup is a little thick. (Later, I noticed what was written on the notice board, but it seems that you can also order split soup.) The sharp flavor of the soy sauce and the umami of the back fat go well with the noodles. You can also change the taste by adding garlic or spiciness you have on the table. Next time, I would like to try the backfat miso ramen.
