Tokamachi, Niigata, Japan｜Kasugaya

I visited during lunch the night before I was in the area. The interior of the restaurant has a local atmosphere, and I thoroughly enjoyed the hegi soba I ordered. This is a shop that I would definitely like to visit again if I have the chance.

I had lunch on my way home from Nagano. Hegisoba was very delicious. It's a shop recommended by locals, but I couldn't enter because the timing wasn't right. It lived up to its reputation.

Hanahegi 800 yen + tax. It seems that the difference is whether or not there is chopped seaweed on the Hegi Soba. It's slippery and has a nice chewy texture. This is what I think of soba! I was very satisfied with the quantity 😊 The set came with green onion, wasabi, tempura, and pickled nozawana 🙌 For those who like strong-flavored soups, the soup may not be strong enough. I was also impressed by the customer service of the mothers who were attentive. The age group was older and we enjoyed delicious soba noodles in a calm atmosphere 🎵
