Any time you can dine with a collection of Dragon Ball Characters is a bonus! I tried a new Konbu (seaweed) ramen flavour today. It was a dipping style ramen (tsukimein). one broth was cold and tasted like seaweed and the other was salty and warm. Both flavours complimented each other. This is a nice summer time ramen. I came across this ramen restaurant in the newspaper for Nagaoka City.

I've been looking forward to this year's limited menu of Mr. Musaki again this year. This time, the grilled chin, clams, and salt were all delicious ingredients, and the balance between the grilled chin and clam soup was exquisite, and the good points of each complemented the good points of the other. It was a cup that I wanted to eat every day with a very gentle taste. The dashi-cooked rice also brings out the flavor of the dashi and soy sauce, so it's addictive✨ The dumplings were wrapped in bean paste and were juicy and satisfying. This year, I was surprised and very satisfied with the New Year's limited menu.

[The highest record in the store] I got Mushaki RED at 11 spiciness (increased spiciness x 11). I was wondering what kind of monster would come out, but the spiciness was certainly moderate, but I could feel the umami, and the crunchiness of the plenty of vegetables made me happy. When I asked the store clerk later, it was made up of only blended chili peppers, so it certainly didn't have the sourness of death sauce, and it didn't have the unique bitterness of dangerous chili peppers (Reaper and Jorokiya). It is said that the spiciness can be increased as much as you want, so I would like to aim for a new record at the next opportunity.
