This restaurant is located in Miyauchi, Nagaoka City. Western-style cutlet bowl seems to be one of the specialty menus. I chose Western-style cutlet bowl for the first time, but I felt that it was a perfect menu for those who like Volga rice, Turkish rice, and Okayama's domi katsudon. It's like the base of a musical instrument, adding richness and thickness to the cutlet itself without any sauce. I felt that it was a local cafeteria that was really loved by the locals. The parking lot seems to have several monthly parking lots in front of the store and several tens of meters away. If you don't understand, ask the store staff.

Are you a very pleasant proprietress and son? They treated us politely and kindly as first-time customers. I had pork noodles, but it had a gentle taste of nostalgic Chinese soba, which was common in the 1960s. Is it still Nagaoka ginger soy sauce ramen soup? I would like to come again. A set meal restaurant where you can enjoy the atmosphere of the Showa era. I had the katsudon, but the seasoning was gentle with a strong egg flavor. It was surprisingly voluminous.
