The inside of the store is a community center with a lot of desks lined up in a small rise, so it's very calming. It's the essential soba, but it's the most delicious! It's strange that it's going down my throat because I'm chewing it properly, but it's very delicious because it's fresh and chewy. The flavor of soba noodles is also excellent. And what I'm really looking forward to is the thick soba-yu, which is really flavorful and delicious. The vegetable tempura changes depending on the season and is very delicious. It is recommended to accompany Hegi soba.
