Nagaoka, Niigata, Japan｜French Dining Assiette（アシェット）

Hors d'oeuvres at the end of 2022 Hachette's New Year's hors d'oeuvre, this is the 4th consecutive year. I don't think the menu structure has changed for three people each time, but no matter what you order, it's elaborate and really delicious. In particular, my companions love Americane sauce, and I love stewed beef cheeks in wine. I think that cospa is also high. Since I started ordering here, I don't have to worry about the heavy New Year dishes. 2022.11 On my second visit, I stopped by for lunch. This is delicious no matter what you get! Today's main dish is "fish of the day", red fish, salmon, and grilled scallops with butter lemon sauce. Pumpkin soup, salad, astringent chestnut pudding, and strawberry ice cream. The lunch with me is an appetizer, salad, rillettes, marinated seafood, and the main is an omelet with Americaine. Baguettes are delicious too! I think it is no exaggeration to say that it is the best Western restaurant in Nagaoka. Unfortunately, it is only open for lunch.

I had lunch with a friend I haven't seen in a long time. It's reasonably priced and consistently delicious. The arrangement with plenty of colorful vegetables is beautiful. In addition, the interior has a bright atmosphere and the seats are spacious, so you can have a good time without worrying too much about your surroundings.

You can enjoy delicious food that looks beautiful and is reasonably priced. Even though it was crowded, the atmosphere inside the store was very nice and the customer service was pleasant. This is a store I want to keep going to ^ ^
