First visit to the store I was interested in. I ordered the thick tsukemen for 3 months only. Two types of thick whole wheat noodles and flat noodles are alternately dipped in a rich dipping sauce. Both are flavorful, especially the rare flat noodles are pleasant as a pillow. This is delicious! Char siu with different cooking method is also unique and good. The steamed egg custard that came out first was also delicious with cheese in the bottom. I'll come back later.

I came to the store saying that things are a test. I was beaten. Chawanmushi with cheese on the seat. This is the best. Followed by rich tsukemen. Two types of noodles. Both good. The taste of the dipping sauce is also different from other ramen restaurants around here. Just like a Japanese restaurant. At the end, diluting it with dashi stock gives it a different flavor. Yeah. I will come again.
