Very yummy ramen! I like Shiyou Chashu(salt brother and pork slices)! And my husband likes Kara miso (spicey miso soup based). IUJers this is very near the Tamon Bridge bus stop, so be sure to enjoy! Ordering if at a vending machine for the tickets, so a bit tricky. But anything is going to be tasty so don't worry about making a mistake.

I ate cold tantanmen. I like the most spicy ramen I've eaten recently. The taste is comparable to the mapo noodles of Kikyoya in front of Nagaoka Station. Adding cinnamon and mahler pepper adds even more spiciness and flavor. However, depending on the time of day, it can get quite crowded. If you go at 12 o'clock, you will have to wait for about 20 minutes from the time you order until the ramen arrives. I thought the noodles were a little tougher. But it was so delicious that I will come again.
