Mitsuke, Niigata, Japan｜Hinadori Kaneko Imamachi Store

I had some business to go to Mitsuke, and when I searched for delicious restaurants in Mitsuke on Google Maps, this was the first restaurant that came up. As the name suggests, the chicken seems to be delicious, so I had my favorite half-fried set meal. In Niigata city, half-fried chicken that costs less than 1,000 yen is as cheap as 700 yen. I came here early on a weekday, but customers kept arriving one after another. I almost screamed with joy at the chicken-filled set meal that came with half-fried chicken and yakitori 🥰💕 Aren't Niigata residents happiest when they're huffing and puffing on piping hot curry-flavored half-fried chicken? I think! (And maybe edamame?) My companion was eating a hamburger set meal, but it was voluminous and stewed? Apparently the hamburger was very delicious 😋 This is a shop I would like to stop by again when I go to Mitsuke.

My first half-fried Niigata chick! It smells like curry powder, has a crispy surface and is super delicious! ! It was hard to eat because it was so hot, but I coated my fingers with oil and munched on it! Great!
