This is a restaurant where ramen and fried rice are delicious. It becomes a dining room during the day and an izakaya at night. The business is run by a father and mother. It's been 4 years since I visited. In the afternoon, there were vacant seats and two people could be seated without waiting. There was "Ramen set 950 yen, fried rice set 1000 yen" in the store pop menu. The ramen set comes with a regular serving of ramen, half fried rice, and 3 gyoza dumplings, while the fried rice set comes with a regular serving of fried rice, half ramen, and 3 gyoza dumplings. This time we both ordered the ramen set. After waiting for 15 minutes, the food arrived at the raised seat. The ramen comes with 2 slices of char siu, naruto, wakame seaweed, bamboo shoots, and chopped green onions. The soup is soy sauce based, chicken stock, and a little fat is floating on the surface. The fried rice is seasoned with soy sauce and topped with roasted pork fillets, green onions, and red pickled ginger. The dumplings are grilled, and when eaten with the ramen soup, the umami is enhanced. During lunch hours, if the ingredients run out, we may stop early, so we recommend visiting by 12:30. If you are a Uonuma citizen, you have been to this shop at least once. Bottle keep sake bottles are lined up on the shelf. I want it to be loved by the local community and continue for a long time.
