This time, I ordered 250g by specifying grams, and I left the lean part to order. * Regular menu is available for lunch from 1500 yen to 3000 yen. We also highly recommend the hayashi rice, which is available in limited quantities on weekdays and is made from steak cuts. This time it was aitchbone and fillet. The fillet was soft and light, and I enjoyed the original taste of the meat. The aitchbone had just the right amount of marbling, and the balance with the crunchiness of the red meat was exquisite. As a sirloin, I feel that aitchbone is the most delicious right now. The meat is lightly seasoned with salt and pepper, so we recommend eating it as is. From the second cut, you can choose a soy sauce-based sauce with garlic, wasabi, or lemon to your liking. Also, all the side vegetables are delicious. Each one has been meticulously worked on. The cooking method is changed depending on the vegetables, such as fried or sautéed. I don't have a picture, but the set comes with rice, salad, corn soup, and after-meal coffee. Both the owner and his wife are very personable, and you can enjoy delicious meat slowly. I will visit you again!
