More Comments at Google MapI had umashio ramen and fried rice at Laa Mendokoro Subaru in Mitsuke City (previously Tobiyuma). The crispy menma with a strong flavor, the fragrant chashu, and the smooth, medium-thin noodles go well with the refreshing yet rich soup. Fried rice is also delicious with plenty of fragrant diced pork ❗ It's about 1.5 servings. Half fried rice seems to be about one serving 😋
``Subaru'' was built last year on the site of the former Hiyuuma near Mitsuke Interchange. I ordered using the touch panel and ordered the popular salt ramen. This time I ordered it with back fat. The noodles are thin and the soup is tonkotsu-based. A cup where you can feel the flavor of the soup. The back fat taste and flavor was too strong, I should have asked for regular salt 😅
I had the Chinese bowl, extra miso ramen, and half fried rice. When I took a bite of the Chinese bowl, I was struck by the deliciousness that is made over high heat and cannot be recreated at home. And even though it's not a large portion, it's a huge portion! ! The volume is enough for 2 people! The ingredients were large, and the thick shiitake mushrooms and crunchy wood ear mushrooms were especially impressive. And the half-fried rice is not half the quantity at all (lol) If you put the Chinese bowl of bean paste on top of the well-flavored fried rice, you will be addicted to it! ! Miso ramen is also a stable miso ramen! There are so many types of ramen that you will be confused about what to order. There are table seats, counter seats, and 3 raised tables. The parking lot seems to be able to park 2 to 3 cars in parallel parking on the left side of the entrance and on the entrance side. It might be a good idea to check Instagram to see if they are temporarily closed. I ate it for lunch, but I was so full that I couldn't eat dinner. Thank you for the meal.
