2020.8.14 I booked a course for lunch as a wedding gift for my friend. My friend was very pleased with the atmosphere of the restaurant, the contents of the food, the wait staff, etc. because it was the first time he visited the store. A dessert plate with a congratulatory message was charged separately, but the chef brought the plate and there was a surprise of lighting fireworks, so it was the right choice! ️ This time, there were two of us, but we asked for a private room, so we could enjoy our meal slowly. The food was also very delicious. When I visited the store before, it was crowded, so I waited for a while in the waiting room after entering the store, but I left the store (due to time constraints). (Immediately after leaving the restaurant, the owner/chef opened the door and called out to me that the seats were ready...) It was a shop that I was interested in, so I visited the day again. Usually, the owner/chef serves customers by himself, so I wouldn't recommend it to people who don't have time to spare, but I think it's a perfect place for those who want to enjoy their meal and spend a relaxing time. I chose 'pumpkin and bacon gnocchi gratin' because it is a popular menu item. I ordered a set with an appetizer, dessert, and two drinks for +400 yen for the main. (I think this is a good deal) Drinks are served before and after meals, so it wasn't a pain to wait for the meal. The gratin was more than I expected, but it was just the right amount, and the cauliflower soup for the appetizer was delicious. There were other customers, but the chef was polite and relaxed, so I didn't feel rushed. Mind you, it was about two hours. Also, I wanted to come and have other dishes. By the way, the owner chef is a handsome guy with a nice smile (laughs)
As everyone writes, there is a handsome chef, and although it is small, the seats are spacious and cute. I asked after reading reviews to some extent, so I thought that the friendly chef would come more often, but in fact, I was able to enjoy the meal comfortably with a gentle demeanor. The menu is quite extensive and most of them have pictures, which is a nice point. Pictures of delicious dishes will whet your appetite. The first thing I had this time was the uncured ham and roast pork salad. If you don't touch it, you can almost see only the meat, you can eat plenty of meat even though you chose a salad, and the pork is very delicious. For pasta, we had shrimp and crab genovese, scallop and sea urchin carbonara. Both were well seasoned, but they had a gentle taste that you didn't get tired of, and it was delicious until the end. I liked the smoked scallops used instead of bacon in the carbonara. It was a shop that I definitely wanted to visit again.
