I stopped by for lunch when I stayed the night before in Kii Nagashima for the Kihoku Toro Festival. I had made a reservation the day before for the Bikumano Beef Flower Zen meal, where you can eat Kumano City's branded beef, Bikumano Beef. First up is the cold chawanmushi that comes with the appetizer. It's nice to have a dish like this first on a hot day. The sashimi is seared bonito and mutsu. It's still fresh and delicious. The arrangement is also very elaborate. Hassun includes cutlassfish, pickled sea bream, sea bream, and eggs wrapped in dashi soup. When you open the lid of the rice bowl, the aroma of grilled cutlass fills the air. Not only is everything delicious, but the presentation is really beautiful. Next is the main dish, Beautiful Kumano Beef. It's a little hard, but the beef flavor is strong and rich, and it's exquisite. Lastly, we had tempura and a meal. Tempura includes flying fish, sweet potato, rice cake, ginger, shishito, and shrimp. The meal is chirimen pepper rice and red soup stock. Dessert was red shiso jelly and coffee. The proprietress and head chef were also very kind, and I was able to enjoy the delicate and elaborate dishes until the very end.

Enjoy the sight and be satisfied with the taste. Everyone applauded the various elaborate dishes. Colorful appetizers. Chawanmushi is topped with beef and bean paste, allowing you to enjoy a variety of textures. The sashimi and cucumbers cut in a checkered pattern are also exquisite. Each piece of meat and accompanying vegetables has a different taste, so you won't get bored with the taste. It was delicious whether you ate it with tempura, jako rice, miso soup, pickles, special salt or tempura sauce. I also enjoyed the aroma of Japanese pepper in Jako Meshi. Brown sugar ice cream and coffee for dessert. The ice cream was mixed with something like granules to give it a unique texture, and the addition of red bean paste and pineapple added to the ice cream, making it tasteful to the very end, and I was very satisfied.

I feel safe in my private room. I was very impressed when I took a foreigner with me. I was told that food of this quality would cost 10,000 yen in Austria.
