Fried chiken here is the best out here

Delicious enough to compete even in urban ramen battlegrounds 😋 In particular, the curly chashu is melty and delicious! The soup had a flavor that I had never eaten anywhere else, but it was so delicious that I drank it all. The half fried rice has a lot of eggs. There was also some loosened chashu pork in it, and it was so delicious that I ate it up like crazy. It is becoming common for chashu noodles to cost over 1000 yen, This is 670 yen, which is too cheap 😓 Raraiken is said to be the origin of Japanese ramen. Is that the root?

It was a bit of a shock. I went to a ramen shop in town because it was open on a business trip. When you enter the store, there is a small counter on your left and a counter on your right. However, the floor was sticky and the tables were greasy. But something clicked. “This place might be cool!” The gyoza seems to have good reviews, so I ordered the 10-piece serving and the ramen. Still, it's cheap and you get change for 1000 yen. Normally you can't expect it. But somehow I felt like it was going to be okay. Arrival of rice bowl. Dissolve the special chili pepper in the sauce and pop the bite-sized gyoza into your mouth. delicious! It's not juicy or cheap, but the flavor instantly spreads in your mouth. Chili pepper instead of chili oil is a nice accent. Next, I took a bite of ramen. Yeah, this is it. This is the ramen I wanted to eat! I thought. Probably some pork bone based on chicken bones. The Bushi type is almost indistinguishable. In other words, the taste of the soup stock is not very strong. It's so simple that it seems like it's mocking ramen shops competing with each other on what makes the best soup stock. But it's delicious. It can be said that he is easygoing, but at least there is no sense of a high level of consciousness in the slightest. It has a clean and down-to-earth taste. Especially the chashu is delicious! Two pieces of traditional char siu made by rolling pork belly. Soft that it melts on its own when you put it in your mouth. However, he is not too strict and does not make strong statements. It has great flavor, but it doesn't claim to be the main character. Considering the price, there is no way that special materials can be used. That means he has good hands and probably has very good balance. Actually, when I was writing this review, I did not upload it when I first visited the store. That's because I thought it was an exaggeration as I was writing it. But since I was close, I decided to stretch my legs and visit again. I ordered the exact same set. I had a similar feeling. I can't help but write now. At least in my personal opinion, this restaurant is the best in Japan when it comes to "Chinese soba noodles." I'm really glad we met. This is why I can't stop traveling.
