A polite young male staff member showed me a seat by the window overlooking the courtyard and kitchen. I ordered the tongue stew without hesitation. I was surprised that it was more delicious than I expected. It is soft and can be cut with chopsticks. White rice is also delicious. The accompanying raw vegetables are also delicious. I'm also happy that they prepare hot tea for me when I finish my meal. I would like to conquer the entire menu.
