It's firm and spicy which I like. You can enjoy both the soba noodles and the scenery. Homemade spices are also available as souvenirs.

It was a long-cherished wish, but I was finally able to go. It was a refreshing soba with a stiff waist. It was buckwheat flour from Mashiko, Tochigi Prefecture, but I will visit again in different seasons. I'm looking forward to having soba noodles from various production areas. The shop is clean and comfortable. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal!
