We had the famous waraji katsudon and walnut soup zaru soba. Both are famous and were very delicious. The view from the terrace is also wonderful. What impressed me the most was the aroma of the log shiitake mushrooms. The scent is better than the bad matsutake mushrooms and cep mushrooms, and it is exquisite. You can skewer it and grill it on the spot at this Oshimaya restaurant. This is not an in-store product, so please enjoy it after or before a meal. It was so amazing that I bought log shiitake mushrooms as a souvenir to take home.

Chichibu's specialty Waraji Katsudon is the best. The terrace was full, but the tatami room had a nice view and was very relaxing. Also, the nameko soup was delicious and I was very satisfied. Even though it was a weekday, the weather was nice and the place was packed with people even after noon. Thank you for the meal.

It is often featured in Seibu Railway commercials. Warajikatsudon, which Yuriko Yoshitaka also ate. It's huge. Super huge! Place one of the two cutlets on the lid of the bowl while eating the other. Even if it is a normal size, the rice is large. If you make a large serving, it will be a lot, so if you eat it for lunch, there will be a lot less space for dinner, so I think you should be careful. The dinner at Kounkaku and the shiitake mushroom bowl at the 1st floor cafeteria also have a lot of portions, so I thought it would be better to be careful with the portions. However, it is very delicious. On a sunny day, it's great to enjoy a meal on the terrace while enjoying the spectacular view and watching the birds chirping beautifully as they approach. It will remain in my memory forever.
