Every dishes are fairly good. Hamberg's meat is delicately selected. Desert is also tasty. Location is a little remote though.

This summer vacation, I can't go out. During my daughter's day off from club activities, my family and I went to Shandfluff, an old Japanese-style French restaurant in Kagemori, Chichibu. This is the owner-chef who trained at Daikanyama Ogawaken Restaurant, a long-established Western restaurant in Shibuya. I happened to be able to make a reservation at this popular restaurant during the Obon holidays, so I stopped by on short notice and ordered the meat and fish course, which my wife and daughter were very happy with. By the way, taking pictures of food is prohibited❗️ We only took photos of the former clinic, which has a gate and building that is over 110 years old, and the Japanese garden that can be seen from inside❗️ The meat and fish dishes were of a very high standard and I was very satisfied ❗️ The customer service was excellent even though the couple was alone. I want to go to a restaurant that is so relaxing 😀
