I found this shop by chance while driving through Hinohara Village, and it turned out to be the most delicious soba I've ever had. There are no words needed when it comes to the taste of soba (lol) What you should pay attention to are the other side dishes that come with the omakase meal. Almost everything is homemade, and every menu is filled with the owner's passion. There is no fixed menu, but it seems to change each time depending on the season and the fruiting situation, so you can enjoy it all year round. And with this quality and volume, it's an unbeatable price ranging from 1,500 yen to 1,700 yen! There are restaurants that charge thousands of yen for something that doesn't taste that great, so how can you be so conscientious about it? The atmosphere of the shop is an old private house that has been renovated without losing its atmosphere, and there are many items that seem to be the owner's hobby. We had a lot of fun talking and had a great time. Please note that it gets quite crowded during lunchtime, and although there is a parking lot, it may be difficult to park. It is a difficult place to visit except by car.
