I stopped by on my way back from a hill climb race. To get to the store, you have to climb a steep hill of about 400m. It was covered in moss, so I pushed my bike up the mountain. I made a reservation, but it takes a while for the food to be served, so it's best to arrive with plenty of time. While you wait, you can enjoy appetizers such as boiled daikon radish, so please relax while you wait. I ordered Oine Meshi (Soba). It comes with a side dish filled with seasonal vegetables, so you'll be sure to get full. The ladies at the store are energetic and very friendly, so you can feel good about yourself. If you go to Hinohara Village, this is a shop you should definitely stop by (^o^)

It is located on top of a mountain in the interior of Hinohara Village. To be honest, the road is so narrow that we can't pass each other. It's a very steep road, so it may be difficult for beginners or for large cars that aren't used to it. There is a parking lot, but maybe 10 cars. I arrived around 12:30 on a Sunday, so I thought there would be a line, but there wasn't any. I ordered and waited. I thought it would probably take a lot of time, so I took it slow. They served us things like boiled yuzu and boiled radish. After that, people with reservations came, but there were no seats available, and we were wasting a lot of space, so we all worked together to fill it up. Our soba noodles arrived about an hour later. Apparently they knead the soba noodles after receiving the order. Soba noodles are very thick! Strong! There are so many different side dishes that you will be full. It feels like country cuisine. The boiled potatoes were sweet and delicious. The smoked yamame was also delicious. Customers came one after another over the course of an hour, but no matter how you looked at it, it was over capacity. There are seats available, but considering how long it takes for the food to be prepared, it's a two-hour wait. The staff at the store explained everything in detail. But everyone, no one seems dissatisfied and we wait! I'll be back again! I was treated so well. It felt great. Do reservations make much sense? So if you really want to eat it, it might be best to go around opening time. We were told that we would be unable to accommodate guests after 3:00, so we were turned down. Please note that we are closed about half of the weekdays. I think I'd like to eat some soba noodles and some snacks next time. It was midsummer and the temperature was over 30 degrees, but the fan was enough to keep us cool enough to wait outside.
