You can never imagine of having to find such a nice restaurant in this small town, with great food and shochu here. We have ordered firefly squid, chicken liver, deep fried chicken, deep fried avocado, grilled fish - they are all very nice! We have enjoyed ourselves here.

You can choose from two sauces for the hamburger steak: ``balsamic butter'' or ``oroshi ponzu sauce,'' but it also comes with grain mustard, which is delicious. Personally, I would like to try it with rock salt. There are many types of potato shochu available.
