Excellent Italian hidden in the mountains of Oku-Tama

Used for lunch at the beginning of autumn ♡ For the lunch course only, I made a reservation by phone on the same day. On this day, the appetizer was Maitake salad, two types of pasta (tomato sauce penne & carbonara), bread, additional dolce (affogato or panna cotta), and drinks (espresso, latte, coffee, tea also) for 1,900 yen. Course ♡ It was so delicious! Not only do we use carefully selected ingredients such as locally grown vegetables, eggs, and bread from the bakery, but the chef's dishes that make use of these ingredients are exquisite! Today's pasta ① is Itukaichi's eggplant tomato sauce, and even though it contains eggplant that is overflowing with sweetness when you bite into it, the sauce is not watery at all, and the aroma, texture, and flavor of the anchovies, capers, and olives are delicious. The amount of salt is the best♡ Pasta ② is carbonara with rich eggs, freshly shaved fluffy cheese, and elegant truffles♡ Both are so delicious that it's so luxurious that you can eat both without having to share or choose one! The dressing for the appetizer was delicious, and the bread from nearby Mori no Kaze゜ was perfectly toasted, allowing you to enjoy the sauce to the last drop and even get a refill ♡ Drinks after the meal are also available for an additional 200 yen, and you can choose from the cafe menu, and the quality is incredible considering today's Dolce is an additional 300 yen! It was a very luxurious and satisfying time for only 1,900 yen ♡ The restaurant is run by a wonderful chef all by himself, so we recommend that you leave plenty of time and make a reservation. The interior of the store is nice, even the restrooms, so it's fun to wait. There is also a table for one person, so even if you are alone, you can spend an elegant time ♡ Payment is cash only. Reservations are required for dinner, so I'm looking forward to coming back on a special day.
