Hinohara, Tokyo, Japan｜Gen-an Hinohara

Very nice. Soba was GREAT, and the view from the terrace was AWESOME! Owner and staff were soooooo friendly. 😀 It's a MUST GO place!

Small soba noodle eatery set behind he main road. Access is via stone steps that will take the visitors to slightly high viewing point of the lovely Akigawa keikoku. Soba was delicious hand made by the owner of the eatery view from the small seating area was beautiful green trees and the view of Japanese rural landscape. It's not the most photogenic scene but is nice. There is small water flow behind the eating area toward the back of the building.

Both soba and tempura are delicious. At the outside table seat with the dog I can eat. It feels like you're in the mountains, and it's quaint.
