As a soba lover, this is my favorite restaurant. The noodles are Nihachi, and the soba flavor, luster, degree of boiling, and soup are all good. It's been run for many years by an older couple, so you may have to wait a bit, but I'm sure the food will be delicious. It will be a soba specialty menu. We recommend pairing it with monkey soba and crispy seaweed. 620 yen for this flavor!

It seems to be a long-established store that has been around for over 50 years, and the inside of the store has an atmosphere that gives you a sense of that atmosphere. The staff is very nice, and the soba noodles are delicious, probably due to the local water. I want to stop by again when I come nearby.
