Since pasta is a big deal, I ordered a snow crab cream pasta for +200 yen. The cream sauce, which uses plenty of crab meat, is full of deep umami, but it's smooth and not overbearing. The thin pasta has a firm texture and goes well with the sauce. The amount is enough, so even men are satisfied. I had the family's Arabiata penne and seafood tomato pasta that I went with, and they were all delicious! It seems that they use a seafood stock that suits each dish, and although it is not salty, it has a strong umami flavor, and it is refreshing without being overbearing. The dessert platter was baked cheesecake and tiramisu, which was also excellent. The cheesecake is moderately sweet and firm and has a strong cheese flavor, but it is also refreshing and not heavy even after eating. Tiramisu is also rich and flavorful, but when you put it in your mouth, it disappears quickly and only the deliciousness remains. The iced tea was fragrant and went well with the dessert.
