He explained each dish in detail, which made me enjoy the food even more. The wine sommelier's explanations were thorough and I had a pleasant meal. I was impressed by the attention to detail in the dishes, the presentation, the colors, and the flavors. The ingredients change depending on the season, so you can enjoy it no matter when you go. There are many dishes that make you think that chefs are amazing. We also recommend the pairing wine course selected by a lovely female sommelier.
This is a restaurant where you can enjoy locally produced Hachioji vegetables for local consumption. My wife and I stopped by for lunch. Alcohol disinfection, temperature checks, ventilation, and acrylic boards are installed to prevent the coronavirus. I went for lunch B, which included a drink and a choice of local vegetable salad or soup, as well as a choice of pasta. When ordering, I ordered the same pasta as my wife, and the beautiful female clerk gave me some advice. ``We'll make you a different pasta instead of the same one, and if you do that, we'll serve it for you to share.How about that?'' she said with great service. I took the opportunity to order separate items. Thanks to your help, I chose the firefly squid risotto, and my wife chose the beef tendon pasta. Have two people share half a plate and enjoy the taste prepared by the restaurant's chef. It was delicious and the two of us enjoyed it. 😊 Thank you very much. ☺️The pasta and risotto in the photo were served as shared plates with my wife, so the portions should have been half, but we were full. The appetizer platter, dolce, and pasta were all very delicious Italian dishes that made use of the best ingredients.
