Chichibu, Saitama, Japan｜松葉亭

Right in front of Mitsumineguchi Station on the Chichibu Railway. I was walking around the Chichibu temples, and I stopped by on my way from 30th to 30th. I had the Katsudon for 900 yen. I'm already full. Various types of pickled vegetables are served in small bowls, and the soup is udon noodles rather than miso soup. Honestly, it's incredibly delicious! I didn't think that was the case. But it's just delicious! This is quite important for a restaurant in town. If you're in the neighborhood, you'll want to go there often. It said "Takaka Katsudon Sarado Katsudon".

There was a parking lot. The inside of the shop was a table seat. The shop owner was friendly. The cutlet bowl had a nostalgic taste, and was very delicious with a full bowl. Miso soup and various ingredients were included. Tororo soba is good with grated yam and tamagoyaki. The soup was delicious and I ate it all.

I ate sauce katsudon, but what I got was different from what I thought in my head. I had an image of a crispy cutlet covered with sauce, but it turned out to be like it was boiled in sauce. I think this is fine, but I think the regular katsudon would suit my taste better. The miso soup was rich and delicious.
