There are many brands of sake that I like, so I always end up drinking too much. It's not pictured, but the wagyu thigh steak was very delicious. They cut it into easy-to-eat pieces for children. This shop can be seen from the platform of Higashi-Nakagami Station. If you are interested, please come and visit us. It seems like it would be nice to have a quick drink at the counter seat. It's okay to just eat and not drink alcohol. An elderly couple had come for dinner.

I've been interested in this shop for a long time because I can see it from my home. I came to the store a little after the lunch opening time (11:30). About half the seats were filled. Ordered miso stir-fried pork belly and various vegetables (1,200 yen) with a large serving of rice for free. There was information that it would take some time from ordering to delivery, so please wait patiently. Served in about 20 minutes. The salad, pickles, and small bowls were all delicious with the impression that they were carefully made. The miso soup smelled like dried sardines and I liked it. The main miso stir-fry included various vegetables as the name suggests and I enjoyed it from beginning to end. Dessert was also included after the meal. It was a very fulfilling lunchtime. How to order by choosing from several main dishes. This time I ordered mackerel cooked in miso. You can choose the amount of rice. I thought it might have a strong flavor since it was boiled in miso, but when I asked about it, it didn't seem like that, so I went with it as normal. The mackerel simmered in miso retains the texture of the mackerel, but is perfectly done so that you can eat all the way to the bones. I guess I made the right choice by choosing normal rice. Also, the miso soup is an orthodox one made with wakame and tofu, but it also has a good dashi stock. It gently penetrates the idiot tongue that is used to it. No, it has a really gentle taste. Now the price is reasonable. What I ordered was 1150 yen plus lunch coffee 200 yen. I feel kind of sorry. I'm jealous of people in this neighborhood or close to work. By the way, it seemed like people were constantly concerned about the time the food would be served on the notice board in the store, but I didn't have the impression that I had to wait that long. Actually, I feel like it's not just the average impatient person who complains about that (sweat). I would like to go again when I have time.
