I went to Minato Shokudo. I ordered ``Seafood bowl top'' and ``Raw salmon roe.'' How many types of sashimi were on the seafood bowl? There were countless kinds of shellfish on top of it in a spiral shape, and since I love shellfish, I was very happy with the chewy shellfish on top. The sashimi was fresh and especially the shrimp in the middle was large and filling. You can get a second helping of soup for free, so the two of us got a second helping. The tuna was also made from a good part with good fat, so it felt like it was ``top quality''. My partner also said that the raw salmon was filled with lots of sashimi, so it was very satisfying to eat. I think it would be even better if you could choose between vinegared rice and regular white rice. Inside the restaurant, there were people eating the fried oyster set meal and mackerel grilled set meal, and both looked delicious, so I think I'll try the set meal next time. As the store has only recently opened, it appears that they only accept cash, but they plan to accept credit cards in the future.
