It is located at the western end of the Musashiseki Ekimae-dori shopping street. It is a shop that has been selected many times as one of the 100 famous shops. There are only 5 seats at the counter, so if you are prepared to wait in line, there are only 2 customers ahead of you. I'm glad I put it in smoothly... Well, I ordered "Gruyère cheese hamburger". With salad, soup and rice. I am glad that chopsticks are prepared as well as cutlery. So, when you break the hamburger with chopsticks, the gravy pops out. In addition, the gravy overflows when you lift it. Exquisite way of putting fire with a little pink inside. Demiglace sauce and Gruyere cheese also go well together. The garnished cabbage stew is a great supporting role. I wanted to taste the mixture left on the plate even though I passed it through with chopsticks, so I used a spoon to my heart's content. Above all, I'm satisfied. After looking at the menu again, I thought I'd try the chicken curry next time, but I was also spoiled for choice with the beef stew and omelet rice.

It was delicious, and I was surprised that it was a restaurant that could be used on a date. I was surprised that there was such a shop in Musashiseki. The shop is built like a western restaurant in town, but the food served is as elegant as a hotel restaurant.
