Among them, the tofu miso cutlet set meal, which is made by wrapping meat around tofu coated with miso with green onions and deep-frying, is the best. The cutlet curry is also delicious. (It is also possible to order just the curry roux on a separate plate.) The taciturn host took over the dish, but the taste remained the same. For me, this tonkatsu restaurant is absolutely delicious, and it's a famous restaurant in Musashiseki.
