Personally, I wanted to finish all 10 dishes, but my parents always said that I couldn't eat the amount, so I chose the 6 course. I enjoyed it enough. It's a series of spectacular dishes, but if I had to say one, it would be duck from Burgault. I had no idea what Burgault was, but I was surprised at how juicy and soft it was, and how delicious it was. For the first time, I felt that duck meat was so delicious. I was surprised twice when I checked what kind of meat it was later. As well as the deliciousness of the food, the beauty of the tableware and the arrangement of the dishes impressed my family and made it a wonderful birthday. I'm really thankful to you.
